Terms of Use — TCN Agent

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TCN Agent mobile application (the "App"), published by Devign LLC ("Devign," "we," "us," or "our"). The App is an internal operations tool used by staff agents of the Devign Creator Agency Network ("TCN") to manage creator portfolios, view performance metrics, and compute agency bonus payouts.

By signing in to the App, you ("you" or "Agent") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years or older and who have been authorized by Devign LLC as agency staff or contracted agents. Access is gated by Auth0 single sign-on; only email addresses provisioned by Devign LLC can sign in.

2. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify Devign LLC immediately at info@devignlb.com.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only in accordance with these Terms, your employment or contract agreement with Devign LLC, and applicable law. You agree NOT to:

  • Share your account credentials with anyone, including other Devign staff, except as expressly authorized.
  • Use the App to access creator portfolios that have not been assigned to you.
  • Export, screenshot, or share creator-level data outside Devign LLC's authorized channels.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limiting, or any other security control.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App to harass, defame, or discriminate against any creator.
  • Submit false data, including fabricated TikTok Backstage credentials.
  • Use the App in any way that violates TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

4. Backstage Credentials

If you choose to enable automated portfolio sync, you must use TikTok Backstage credentials that you are authorized to use. Storing credentials belonging to another person, or using stolen / compromised credentials, is grounds for immediate termination of your access and may result in legal action.

5. Confidentiality

Creator-level data shown in the App — including diamond totals, tier history, recruitment pipelines, and bonus calculations — is confidential information of Devign LLC. You must not disclose this data to anyone outside Devign LLC except as required by your role or by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of Devign LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive no ownership rights by using the App.

7. Bonus Computations

The App displays estimated rank-up, maintain, activeness, revenue, and recruitment bonuses based on the agency bonus configuration in effect at the time of viewing. These figures are provisional and may differ from the final amounts paid by Devign LLC. Devign LLC retains discretion over final payouts in accordance with your employment or contract agreement.

8. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Devign LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that creator data will be accurate or complete at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devign LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Devign LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

10. Termination

Devign LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

  • End of your employment or contract with Devign LLC.
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Suspected unauthorized access or fraud.

You may stop using the App at any time by signing out and deleting it from your device. To request deletion of your account, see the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you in-app. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
